Wat Phra Si Rattana Mahathat Woramahawihan วัดพระศรีรัตนมหาธาตุ
It is the center of Suphanburi city and is considered a temple that has been built since the reign of King Uthong, with an age of no less than 600 years. The highlight of the temple is the prang, which is the origin of the famous Suphanburi powder amulet in the amulet community and is one of the "Benjapakee," the five most popular amulets, which include the Phra Somdej Nang Phaya of Somdej Phutthacharn (To) from Wat Rakhang Kositaram in Bangkok, the Phra Phong Suphan from Suphanburi, the Phra Somdej Nang Phaya from Phitsanulok, the Phra Thung Setthi from Kamphaeng Phet, and the Phra Rod from Lamphun. Many archaeologists believe that this prang is likely a construction art from the Uthong period in Suphanburi, as the evidence of the prang's construction shows that it was built using bricks without mortar, which is an ancient method predating the Ayutthaya period.

เป็นศูนย์กลางของเมืองสุพรรณภูมิ ถือเป็นวัดคู่บ้านคู่เมืองที่ปลูกสร้างขึ้นในสมัยของพระเจ้าอู่ทอง และมีอายุไม่ต่ำกว่า 600 ปี จุดเด่นของวัดอยู่ตรงองค์พระปรางค์ ซึ่งเป็นต้นกำเนิดของพระพิมพ์ผงสุพรรณบุรี ที่โด่งดังมากในวงการพระเครื่อง และเป็นหนึ่งใน "เบญจภาคี" 5 พระเครื่องยอดนิยม อันได้แก่ พระสมเด็จนางพญาของสมเด็จพระพุทธาจารย์ (โต) วัดระฆังโฆสิตาราม กรุงเทพมหานคร, พระผงสุพรรณ จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี, พระสมเด็จนางพญา จังหวัดพิษณุโลก, พระทุ่งเศรษฐี จังหวัดกำแพงเพชรและพระรอด จังหวัดลำพูน ทั้งนี้ นักโบราณคดีจำนวนไม่น้อยให้ความเห็นว่า ปรางค์องค์นี้น่าจะเป็นศิลปะการก่อสร้างสมัยอู่ทองสุพรรณภูมิ เพราะจากหลักฐานการก่อสร้างองค์ปรางค์เป็นการก่ออิฐไม่ถือปูน ซึ่งเป็นวิธีการเก่าแก่ก่อนสมัยอยุธยา
