"According to the history of Father Indra, who was at the Freshwater Well Temple, separated and built this temple in 1932, 9 years of age, and went to the Temple of the Master for 7 years, Master of the Milk for 3 years, Master of the Milk for 24 years (not abbot for 24 years), the King became abbot in 2015, built a gilded bulge in 2012, Master of Intuition to be abbot in 2006, Master Python to be abbot in 2030, the present image.
In 1965, the villagers became abbots and built a gilded temple. In 1912 he built another temple, and left the abbot. By default, the golden father (not the abbot) moved the cloister from the south to the north to 1915.

"ตามประวัติ หลวงพ่ออินทร์ ที่อยู่วัดบ่อน้ำจืด ได้แยกออกมาสร้างวัดนี้ เมื่อ พ.ศ. 2475 จำพรรษาอยู่ 9 ปี จึงไปอยู่วัดดอนเสาพระอาจารย์มาก ๗ ปี พระอาจารย์นม ๓ ปี พระอาจารย์ย้อย (ไม่ได้เป็นเจ้าอาวาส อยู่ ๒๔ ปี) หลวงพ่อเณรมาเป็นเจ้าอาวาส ปี พ.ศ. ๒๕๐๘ ได้ก่อสร้างอุโบสถปิดทอง ปี ๒๕๑๒ พระอาจารย์ปรีชา มาเป็นเจ้าอาวาส ปี พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๖ พระครูไพโรจน์ภัทรคุณ มาเป็นเจ้าอาวาส ปี พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๐ รูปปัจจุบัน
ในปี พ.ศ. ๒๕๐๘ ชาวบ้านได้นิมนต์หลวงพ่อเณร สมบูรณ์จริง มาเป็น เจ้าอาวาส และสร้างอุโบสถปิดทอง ในปี พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๒ ท่านก็ได้สร้างอุโบสถ วัดอื่นอีก จึงออกจากเจ้าอาวาส โดยปริยาย หลวงพ่อทองย้อย (ไม่ได้เป็นเจ้า อาวาส) ได้ย้ายกุฏิ จากทิศใต้ไปทิศเหนือ ถึง ปี พ.ศ. ๒๕๒๘
